Date of meeting: 16th February 06
Place: Clifton sports hall

The new committee were elected and will work alongside the old committee
until Easter when the official handover takes places. The new committee is:

President: Ellie Grove
Vice president: Lucy Shaw
Secretary: Jenny Higham
Treasurer: Nicola Parker
Team captains: Hayley Norman and Gemma (please can Gemma confirm her surname
for me)
Social secretary: Sophie Rooke
Web guru: Kirsty Jenkins

Competitions were talked about and the new team captains will help find the
infomation about some of the upcoming competitions:

Southhampton - 3-5th March - speak to Andy or Ellie if interested
Nottingham - 18th March - speak to Hayley or Gemma
Cork, Ireland - 31st March - 2nd April - speak to Andy or Ellie

It was mentioned that it would be good to get more newer members competing
in competitions this year alongside the regular competitors.

The issue of the website was raised because not many people know the address
so for reference here it is: http://www.ntutrampolining.co.uk/

For the next acedemic year, sports clubs fees will be handled differently so
the club may not have to take the money directly.

The Sports Ball will be held at the end of May at the Holiday Inn. Andy
encourages all the members of the club to attend.

The clothing was given out and there were only problems with one spelling
mistake and one set not included.

Committee meeting

Attention all new committee members. Our first meeting is to be held on Tuesday 18th October before training in the canteen of the City Union (Byron House) at 8pm

This years Sports and Societies Freshers fairs will be as follows:
Friday 7th October - Byron Sports Hall (City)
Monday 10th October - The Point (Clifton)
Tuesday 11th October - Byron Sports Hall (City)
All between 10am and 4pm

Sports Ball!

Change of committee for 2005/2006

As many of you will already know, Beccy will no longer be President of the club next year as she is transferring from Trent to Leeds University. As Vice-President, Andy has agreed to take on the role of President which left the Vice-President's role vacant.
