Competition rules
1. In novice and intermediate, shorts and t-shirts must be worn (or leotards). No trousers/sweatshirts etc.
2. Advanced ladies must wear leotards (shorts permitted) and advanced men must wear a leotard or vest style t-shirt, and trampoline trousers or shorts.
3. Elite ladies must wear long sleeved leotards, elite men must wear a leotard and trampoline trousers.
4. White footwear (socks/trampoline shoes) must be worn.
5. A deduction of 0.2 per judge per routine will be deducted if these instructions are not adhered to!
